William Collins, 1973. Hardcover. 8vo. 254 pp. First edition, first printing. Fair condition. Former owner's name on front free endpaper. Light wear along textblock fore-edge. Spine cocked about 1mm off square, rolling toward the front. Price-clipped dust jacket is scuffed along spine tips, at forecorners; used book store price in red marker near upper front forecorner of jacket (though I expect that would wash off). Altogether an unprepossessing but nevertheless servicable copy--and one whose imperfections are entirely concealed from view when placed on a bookshelf.
