Clean pages. No markings. Dust jacket has a couple small tears, a bit of chipping along periphery. T.H. White finished The Book of Merlyn in 1941, but it wasn't published until 1977--after White had died--because his pacifist philosophy, which he instilled in the book's storyline--was quite unpopular during and in the wake of the second world war.
