MacMillan/Viking, 1967. Hardcover. 8vo. First edition, first printing. Blue cloth binding. 295 pp. Very good condition. Small scuff on front pastedown page near hinge; no other markings. Light wear along top and bottom edge of boards. Dust jacket is likewise very good with a little bit of rubbing along joints and fore-edge folds and a few small chips along periphery. (The apparent smudge half-way up the spine was on the mylar archival cover and not the jacket itself; it has been removed.)
