Knopf, 1998. Hardcover. 8vo. First edition, first printing. 1/4 black cloth binding. 291 pp. Red topstain. Very good condition. Small black ink remainder dot (1mm or so in diameter) along lower text block edge. Faint impression of pencil marking (now erased) on front free endpaper. No other markings. Sharp boards. Dust jacket is very good as well with a tiny bit of rumplewear along the lower edge.
