New York: Doubleday, 1936 (this is the only date indicated, but book is seemingly of more recent vintage; first published in 1893). Reprint. Hardcover. 8vo. Black cloth binding. 302 pp. Illustrated by Kurt Wiese. This is an ex-library copy, though aside the following caveat a quite clean one. Its front free endpaper has a library stamp and its inner portion is glued to the pastedown page to an inch from the gutter (see photos). Otherwise very clean and clad in a nicely preserved jacket, which, however, is glued to the inside covers by its flaps.
