Publisher’s black top-stain to the upper, horizontal edge of the textblock. 219pp., including index. Illustrated with photographs. Fair condition. Light wear to edges of boards with small area of discoloration to the upper, left-hand corner of the front board. Binding is somewhat rolled with minor separation of text block from spine. Previous owner’s bookplate has been pasted to the front, inner board. Previous bookstore price has been written in pencil to the upper, right-hand corner of the front endpaper. Toning to pages. Areas of scratching, toning, and discoloration to edges of the text block. Chipping to edges and spine of the dust jacket with an area of spattering to the rear cover. Small, closed tear to the rear, inner flap of the dust jacket.
