Hardcover. 8vo. 1/2 black cloth binding with ornamental gilt selvage. 45 pp. Issued in slipcase (blue variant) and without dust wrapper. Near fine condition. Boards and pages of book are immaculate--it seems never to have been opened. Slipcase is a bit scuffed along joints and edges but still in quite good shape.
