Hardcover. 8vo. 1/2 dark grey cloth binding. 344 pp. Very good condition. Immaculate, unmarked interior. Dust jacket (with artwork different, and uglier, than the original trade edition's) is nearly perfect with perhaps a touch of rimpling at the very upper tip. Winner of the Pulitzer Prize.
