Slight wear along edges of boards, text-block. Dust jacket is in good shape, a bit chipped along outer edge, scuffed over author's photo on rear side, and missing a small triangular chunk along the lower front side (see photos).

My first edition 1948 The White Goddess arrived within a week. I am thrilled with the service and with the book! It's in great condition as described, with mylar-wrapped cover. The book was neatly packaged in paper and cardboard with no awful styrofoam bits. Truly appreciated and I will order from them again.
