'A.L.B.' is written in black in to the upper edge of the front endpaper. Cracked front and and rear hinges (see photos). Rumpling to the upper and lower spine. Scuffing with small dings to the perimeter of the boards. The binding is cocked. Creasing, chipping to pages. Staining, toning, and stray pencil marks found throughout. Overall, an unprepossessing copy of this charming children's classic.

Whew! Gorgeous book that I just can't stop looking through. Seemed to take forever to get here, but once it did, I was SO pleased. Packaged carefully and in the condition described by this seller.
